Richmond City Commission voted to publish the maximum tax rate at $0.640000 per $100 property valuation for consideration for the City’s 2024- 25 fiscal year tax rate. This does not mean the 2025 tax rate is set but is one step in the process of setting the tax rate during the budget process….
